Stuffed Kulcha is a speciality from the city of Amritsar in Punjab — the same city that gave us the famous Amritsari Naan. At Punjab Food Corner, our kulchas are made from soft, leavened dough stuffed with a choice of savoury fillings — from spiced potatoes and paneer to mixed vegetables — then baked in our traditional clay tandoor.
The tandoor gives the kulcha its signature crispy exterior and soft, fluffy interior. Each kulcha is brushed with butter as it comes out of the oven, creating an irresistible aroma and golden finish. Paired with chole, dal, or any curry of your choice, our Stuffed Kulcha is a true taste of Punjab.
